Traditional · Precise · Rooted in the repertoire

Classic

Classic pulls from Joseph Pilates' original exercise repertoire. Expect precise, traditional sequencing that moves you through the exercises the method was built on. Music may be soft, or the room may be silent altogether, to allow focus.

Slower · Heavier · Built for control

Strength

Strength slows the tempo down and adds load — heavier springs, longer holds, and work that asks more of you with every rep. It's the same Pilates principles, just dialed up for stamina and strength.

Small pulses · Isometric holds · Deep burn

Sculpt

Sculpt works in small ranges — tiny pulses and isometric holds that keep a muscle group under tension instead of moving it through a big range. It's a quieter kind of hard: low impact, high burn.

Flow

Flow keeps you moving — think sun salutations and yoga flow, where one exercise rolls into the next without a hard stop. It's more cardio-leaning than our other formats, with an emphasis on breath and continuous motion.
