Sculpt Classes

Lighter resistance, higher reps, and barre-inspired work that targets the small muscles doing the quiet work.

Sculpt: The Precision

Sculpt flips Strength's approach. Lighter springs on the reformer, lighter weights and props on the mat, and more reps throughout. This format borrows from barre technique to target smaller stabilizing muscles with precision, so don't mistake "light" for "easy." Lighter resistance often means less support, which means your body has to work harder to control the movement.

Sculpt is where endurance and detail take priority over heavy load, building the kind of stamina and small-muscle strength that shows up everywhere else you move.
