Mat, Barre + Infrared Heated Classes in Salisbury, MD

Strength. Sculpt. Mat Pilates. Yoga Flow. Barre. Core-focused movement on your own mat, at the barre, or in our infrared heated room. No reformer required.

What is Infrared Heat?

Infrared heat warms your body directly rather than heating the air around you, so the room feels warm without the heavy, humid feeling of a traditional sauna or hot yoga room. It can help muscles warm up faster, support deeper stretching, and add an extra layer of sweat to your practice. It's an option, not a requirement. If you prefer to move without the heat, our non-heated mat classes offer the exact same formats and instruction.

Our Equipment and Props

Every class starts with the most important tool you bring: your own body weight. From there, we layer in a range of props to add resistance, challenge stability, or support your alignment, depending on the format and what that day's class calls for.

For grounding and support: Cork blocks help modify stretches, support alignment, and bring the floor closer to you when you need it.

For light resistance and control: Bala Pilates balls, traditional Pilates circles, and fabric loop resistance bands add gentle resistance and help isolate smaller stabilizing muscles, perfect for sculpt-style work and higher-rep sequences.

For added intensity: 10 lb Bala circles and 4 lb SQZ circles bring more resistance into circle work, while 3 lb Bala bars and dumbbells add light strength training to mat and barre formats.

For strength-focused classes: Stakt 2-6 lb weights and 20 lb Bala kettlebells bring heavier load into strength-based sequences, building endurance and power without losing Pilates precision.

For the space itself: Stakt foldable mats are always available for your use.

Find Your Format

Four styles, one system. Classic builds your foundation, Strength loads it, Sculpt tests it, and Flow conditions it. Click each format to learn more.

New to the Mat?

You don't need experience to start. Our 4-Class Starter Pack (two mat and two reformer classes) is the easiest way to try mat or barre for the first time, meet our instructors, and get comfortable with the formats before committing to a membership.
