The program is our support system for our pregnant and postpartum members. At the center is a free community you can join, where you'll find videos and downloads as we build out our resource library, plus access to special events and additional workshops with Body Rich Movement, a boutique studio dedicated specifically to the pregnant and postpartum journey. We host a monthly workshop, held the first Saturday of every month and included in your membership, that teaches you the modifications you need to stay in your regular mat and reformer classes.
