2. Open your welcome email
Follow the instructions to add your included unlimited mat membership. Our booking system treats the two as separate memberships.
3. Start booking
Reserve your reformer and mat classes. If your mat access isn’t showing, contact Nicole for help.

Use your credits each cycle
Membership credits do not roll over. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from using them, contact Nicole.
Changes to your membership
Email Nicole before your next renewal payment processes to request cancellation or a pause. Processed membership payments are not refundable.
Booking + cancellations
Members receive one automatic late-cancellation fee exemption every 30 days. No-shows incur a $15 fee with no exemption. Read the full policies for credit forfeiture and cancellation windows.
