Strength Classes

Heavier resistance and longer work blocks, building real strength and control, not momentum.

Strength: The Power

Strength slows the pace down and turns up the load. On the reformer, that means heavier springs. On the mat, that means added weight and longer holds. Either way, you'll do fewer reps with more resistance and more time under tension, building real strength and control rather than momentum.

This isn't a harder version of Classic. It's a different purpose: building the raw strength that supports everything else you do, on and off the reformer.
