Flow: The Rhythm

Flow moves. Exercises connect with less pause between them, breath drives the pace, and the class builds a rhythm that feels more like continuous movement than a series of separate exercises.


On the reformer, this means smooth, sequenced transitions between exercises, with breath guiding the pace from one movement to the next. On the mat, Flow is vinyasa yoga, linking breath and movement through a full-body practice that builds heat, strength, and flexibility.


Flow is where control meets momentum, whether that's Pilates principles carried through continuous transitions on the reformer, or breath-led movement through a yoga sequence on the mat.
