Mama & Me Movement (Non-Heated) Gentle bonding time for new moms and babies. Rebuild strength, posture, and connection with supportive, restorative movement. No heat added.
Pilates Sculpt (Non-Heated) Mat-based Pilates + strength training. Core-centered sequences with optional props (e.g., Bala weights) for precise, feel-good burn at room temp.
🔥 Warm Flowlates (82–84°F) Yoga-Pilates flow with gentle infrared warmth that keeps muscles supple without overwhelming intensity—perfect for mornings, newer students, or anyone easing into heat.
🔥🔥 Hot Mat Pilates (90–95°F) Traditional Pilates mat work amplified by hot infrared heat. Expect dynamic sequences, deeper core engagement, and an invigorating sweat.
🔥🔥 Hot Sculpt (90–95°F) High-energy blend of yoga, Pilates, and strength using Bala bangles, dumbbells, and bodyweight. The heat elevates intensity for a powerful, detoxifying session.
